We provide a comprehensive Free Trial (2 Months) for all new societies. This period is intended to allow the Managing Committee to fully evaluate the software. Please ensure ApartmentPlus fits your needs before purchasing.
You may stop using ApartmentPlus at any time. As a prepaid service, your account will retain Pro access until your current subscription term ends. Afterwards, the account will lock certain premium features (Bill Generation, Telegram) but data will remain accessible for viewing.
We do not provide refunds for annual subscriptions once paid. Since the software is delivered instantly as a service and includes a significant trial period for evaluation, all sales are final.
If you believe a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction for the same year), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. Validated errors will be refunded to the source account.
