The "Admin" (Society Secretary/Treasurer) is responsible for the accuracy of data entered (bills, receipts, member details). ApartmentPlus is a tool for record-keeping and automation; we are not responsible for financial disputes between residents and management.
ApartmentPlus operates on an Annual Subscription model. Failure to renew the subscription will result in the account being downgraded, restricting automated features such as bulk billing and alerts.
You may not use this platform to store illegal content, harass residents via notification features, or attempt to reverse-engineer the source code.
ApartmentPlus is provided "as is". Excel In Life shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service, including data loss or service interruptions.
